Visiting the mill

Tut-Neyar Paper mill welcomes individuals and small groups to see and take part in the art of paper making. Situated in the restored Hameyasdim street, we are in short walking distance from all the main attractions of Zichron-Ya'akov: the old synagogue, the first Aliya Museum, Beit Aharonson, restaurants, coffee shops and more.

Workshops and demonstrations

Sitting under our big paper-mulberry tree, you can enjoy a 30-minute demonstration of transforming the bark of the tree into fine paper.

In an enjoyable 1.5 hour workshop, you can experience hands-on the traditional way of making paper and embedding fresh flowers and leaves in the paper. After drying, the paper is yours!
Families and small groups are welcome by reservation only.
