ברוכים הבאים לאתר "תות נייר" (להלן: "האתר"). האתר מופעל על ידי תמנה נוימן (להלן: "הנהלת האתר"). השימוש באתר, בתכנים ובשירותים המוצעים בו כפוף להסכמתכם לתנאים המפורטים להלן:
1. הסכמה לתנאים
השימוש באתר, ובכלל זה גלישה ורכישת מוצרים או סדנאות, מהווה הסכמה מלאה לתנאי שימוש אלו. אם אינכם מסכימים לתנאים אלו, כולם או חלקם, הנכם מתבקשים שלא לעשות כל שימוש באתר.
2. רכישת מוצרים ורישום לסדנאות
רשאים לרכוש באתר בני 18 ומעלה בעלי אמצעי תשלום תקף.
הנהלת האתר שואפת לספק מידע מדויק ככל האפשר לגבי המוצרים (נייר בעבודת יד) והסדנאות. עם זאת, מאחר ומדובר במוצרים בעבודת יד, ייתכנו שינויים קלים בגוון, בטקסטורה או במפרט לעומת התמונות באתר.
השלמת רכישה מותנית באישור חברת האשראי ובזמינות המוצר במלאי.
3. קניין רוחני וזכויות יוצרים
כל התוכן המופיע באתר, לרבות טקסטים, צילומים מקוריים של מוצרים ונייר, עיצוב גרפי, לוגו, סרטונים ושיטות עבודה, הינם רכושה הבלעדי של תמנה נוימן ומוגנים על ידי חוקי זכויות יוצרים של מדינת ישראל ואמנות בינלאומיות. אין להעתיק, להפיץ, להציג בפומבי או לעשות שימוש מסחרי בתוכן ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.
4. הגבלת אחריות
הנהלת האתר לא תהיה אחראית לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנובע מהשימוש באתר או מהסתמכות על המידע המופיע בו. השימוש במוצרי הנייר ובשירותים הינו באחריות המשתמש בלבד.
5. פרטיות
השימוש באתר כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות שלנו. המידע שתמסרו ישמש לצורך השלמת הרכישה ויצירת קשר בלבד, ולא יועבר לצדדים שלישיים (למעט חברת השילוח/סליקה).
6. סמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלו יחולו אך ורק חוקי מדינת ישראל. מקום השיפוט הבלעדי בכל הקשור לתנאים אלו או לשימוש באתר יהיה בבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז חיפה.

By using the Website, including browsing and purchasing products or workshops, you express your full consent to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Website.
2. Purchases and Workshop Registration
Individuals aged 18 and over with a valid payment method are eligible to make purchases.
We strive to provide accurate information regarding our handmade paper products and workshops. However, as these are handmade items, slight variations in shade, texture, or specifications may occur compared to the images displayed on the site.
Completion of a purchase is subject to credit card approval and stock availability.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including texts, original photographs of products and paper, graphic design, logos, videos, and professional methods, is the exclusive property of Timna Neumann and is protected by Israeli copyright laws and international treaties. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or make commercial use of the content without prior written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Website Management shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Website or reliance on the information presented herein. The use of paper products and services is at the user's sole responsibility.
5. Privacy
Use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy. The information you provide will be used solely for completing the purchase and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties (except for shipping/billing providers).
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction regarding any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the Website shall be the competent courts in the Haifa District.

מדיניות ביטולים והחזרות – תות נייר

תודה שבחרתם לרכוש באתר "תות נייר". אנו עושים הכל כדי שתהיו מרוצים מהרכישה, אך במידה ואתם זקוקים להחזיר מוצר, להלן המדיניות שלנו המבוססת על חוק הגנת הצרכן:
1. פרק הזמן לביטול עסקה
ניתן לבטל עסקה ולהחזיר מוצרים בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר או מיום קבלת מסמך פרטי העסקה (המאוחר מביניהם).
לאנשים עם מוגבלות, אזרחים ותיקים או עולים חדשים, תקופת הביטול היא עד 4 חודשים ממועד קבלת המוצר (בכפוף להצגת תעודה מתאימה).
2. תנאי המוצר להחזרה
המוצר יוחזר ככל שהדבר אפשרי באריזתו המקורית. כדי לקבל זיכוי מלא, על המוצר להיות במצב חדש, ללא פגם, ושלא נעשה בו כל שימוש.
3. הליך ההחזרה
כדי להתחיל תהליך החזרה, יש לבצע את הצעדים הבאים:

לאחר תיאום וקבלת אישור, יש לשלוח את המוצר לכתובת: המייסדים 39, זכרון יעקב.
4. החזר כספי ודמי ביטול
במקרה של ביטול עקב חרטה, ינוכו דמי ביטול בשיעור של 5% מערך העסקה או 100 ש"ח (הנמוך מביניהם) כחוק.
במקרה של ביטול עקב פגם במוצר או אי-התאמה בין ההזמנה למוצר שסופק, לא ייגבו דמי ביטול.
ההחזר יבוצע תוך 14 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת המוצר חזרה ובדיקתו, לאמצעי התשלום ממנו בוצעה הרכישה.
5. עלויות משלוח
עלויות המשלוח להחזרת המוצר יחולו על הלקוח, אלא אם כן ההחזרה נובעת מפגם במוצר או אי-התאמה להזמנה.
6. מוצרים שאינם ניתנים להחזרה
בהתאם לחוק, לא ניתן להחזיר:
מוצרים שיוצרו או הותאמו במיוחד עבור הצרכן (Custom Made).
מוצרים הניתנים להקלטה, לשעתוק או לשכפול, שהצרכן פתח את אריזתם המקורית.

Return and Cancellation Policy – Tut Neyar

Thank you for shopping at Tut Neyar. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy is outlined below in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law:
1. Cancellation Period
You may cancel a transaction and return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or the transaction disclosure document (whichever is later).
Persons with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants may cancel within 4 months, subject to providing appropriate documentation.
2. Product Condition for Returns
Products must be returned, as much as possible, in their original packaging. To receive a full refund, the product must be in new, flawless condition and must not have been used.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Refunds and Cancellation Fees
In case of cancellation due to a change of mind, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be deducted as per law.
In case of cancellation due to a defect or discrepancy between the order and the product received, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, via the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
6. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with the law, the following items cannot be returned:
Products manufactured or customized specifically for the consumer (Custom Made).
Items that can be recorded, transcribed, or duplicated if their original packaging has been opened.
